How can I recover my Shopify account if I lost access to my email?

Hi,

As the heading is saying cant i login to our shopify account since we lost access to the email account and can not recover the password. We do not remember the password neither. 

Cant find any custumerservice for help. Any one got any suggestion how to solve this?

In order to do so, please reach out via our Help Center here and follow the steps below:

1. Click on the option that says "Can't log in to your Shopify account".
2. Next, click on "I still can't access my account".
3. Scroll down the page, and you should find the live chat option.

By following these steps, you will be able to access the live chat and from there we'll be able to confirm your identity and help you to get logged back into your account securely.
