How can I resolve domain issues with We Hook?

Hello Fam,

Am trying to setup my store on we hook but it's not accepting any of my domains from the one from Shopify and a premium domain I purchased from Namecheap. It sends me a red message that I can't use any of the domain linked to Shopify or my premium one. How to solve this issue please. Thank you.
