How can I setup a 'contact us' page on my starter plan site?

Hi can you help me setup a "contact us" page on my starter plan site?  I'm not seeing a way for a customer to contact me or ask a question.  Also when I am initially setting up the site, there was the option for people to enter their email address and subscribe, now I'm not seeing that option.  My site nantwichs.com, all the products are currently in draft status.

I understand you are looking to create a contact page for your Starter Plan theme. Unfortunately, you only have a few sections that you are able to adjust with the Starter Plan. The section you will want to utilize for your contact information would be the 'Brand Information' section.

Currently, there is no feature for the starter plan that allows users to subscribe to email marketing. In order to have this functionality you would need to upgrade to the Basic Plan.

Instead of email marketing, as the Starter Plan is geared towards social selling, we recommend promoting your social media pages to the customer so they can follow you for promotions and sales. We have a great guide with 15 ways to market your business via social media here.

Thanks for the reply.  That is really too bad.  I guess this review of your Starter Plan offering I read that led me to open an account is wrong : https://ecommerce-platforms.com/ecommerce-reviews/shopify-starter-plan.   It clearly lists "contact us" as a component.

Unfortunately they are incorrect. That could be an outdated article as the Starter Plan has changed a bit since it was first released.
