How can I verify my address for Shopify payments without a utility bill?

Hello, I'm having an issue with adress verification for Shopify payments, I've read other posts which were automatically suggested but not much helped as it seems it needs to be addressed individually. As others having same problem, I personally can't verify by utility bill because I'm not owner of our family house, thus my name wouldn't match with address on that document. Having that said, bank documents did not coun as far as I submitted both monthly statement and bank account statemen, also my self-employment certificate must match number provided as well as database with adress due to taxes, so could I use a document with my entrepreneurship number, name and address? Both are tied with date and true data otherwise both would be paused for use (bank account, entrepreneurship). 

I'm aware that it can be miss-communicated due to my location in Czechia with different verification standards.

 

I would be glad to hear from you so we can resolve this situation, and to start my business as it cost me while unable to set this up.

Is the address verification for yourself as the store owner, or for your business/company?

 

The document requirements differ between personal and business address verification. Bank statements are typically acceptable for personal address verification as long as they show your personal name and address. However, for business address verification, the document would need to display the company name and address.
