How can I vertically arrange image blocks in the Dawn theme?

Hi! 

I have to image blocks in the footer that I want to arrange on top of each other, not side by side.

My theme is Dawn.

Also, the images are small but the blocks themselves are big (standard). Can I make them smaller? 

Please help me with this 2 issues
