Hi - How do we improve checkout page speed?

We've talked to different developers to optimize but many of them told us they cannot help.

It's important to note that merchants cannot access or make changes to the code of the Shopify checkout unless they are on the Plus plan, so speed optimization has already been considered. Since you shared the link to your store, I was able to test your checkout and did not notice any delays or long loading times. This could be related to a region specific or local issue that your customers are facing. 

My suggestion would be to gather as much information as possible from your customers. For instance, what exactly was slow about the checkout process? Have they tried using a different device or network? The more information you can gather, the better. From there, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. You can try out Prefetch Checkout: https://apps.shopify.com/prefetch-checkout which downloads the checkout page ahead of time.

It saves about 0.9-1.5 seconds in my tests. It won't fix all of your problems, but it will get rid of some delay.

It manages load the page pretty quickly. Results will vary between browsers but it does speed things up.
