How to apply volume discounts and discount codes simultaneously?

Hi,

We have a permanent volume discount on our products meaning when you buy 2+ items, you save 7% on the price.

We also run several sign up offers/ first order offers of 20% off, but customers are complaining that they cannot enter this code if they've added more 2 items or more.

I know shopify doesn't have 'multi-discounts' functionality, so what are my options here?

It is an easy and user friendly app that do not require any coding. All you need to do is to add products to the section BUY (the ones that will trigger banner), add products to the section GET (the ones that will be shown on the banner) and set a discount % customers will get. 

Banner can be fully customized and can be shown after clicking Add to Cart, opening cart page or after clicking checkout on the cart page.
