How to fix text and button placement in Empire theme slideshow on mobile view?

Hello
I have an issue with the Empire theme slideshow. 

On PC view its perfect, the text and button is above the slide and background picture, how ever on phone view the text and button is coming bellow as an box bellow the image, separate. 

How can i fix this issue? 

Where should i enter the code? And what is the code?
