How to get the real time order status in account template

Hi Team,

My requirement is to show real time order information on the order details page.

Like if it is ready for pickup etc. I don't want to use order event admin api for this.

Any other way from where we can get those details ?

OR

if i want to hard code that lets say order craeted date + 4 hours . How i can achieve this in liquid as in js i am unable to access order liquid object.
