All the trouble shooting and solutions I've been reading have said to simply reset all the DNS settings to default, but then I will lose my business email settings.
Errors below:
- Error fetching domain CAA record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for www.rowsomeleather.com and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
- Error fetching domain CNAME record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for www.rowsomeleather.com and check that the record is set to shops.myshopify.com. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
- Error fetching domain nameserver record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for www.rowsomeleather.com and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
I don't see anywhere in the DNS settings to enter a CAA record. I have no idea what I would put that under. I also followed the instructions for the CNAME record, but I did it over a week ago, and it still isn't working, so I must have done it wrong. I have no idea where to even begin with the nameserver record.
Any suggestions? I know its desirable to have a "professional" business email, but ever since I set one up, it's been causing me such grief and problems that I think I might just go back to GMail.
