Why are SEMRUSH audits showing 38 broken internal links?

I use SEMRUSH for my SEO audits. I use the free version. The audit is telling me there are 38 broken internal links which are generating 404 errors. The broken link URL's it refers to are all the same: https://www.safetykitsplus.com/collections/tables. The page URL's they say have the broken link range from my home page to the contact us page and everything in between. Anyone have any idea why these errors are showing up?
