Can personalization data with orders be exposed via API?

Hello all!

So last month we had a Shopify expert add custom dynamic personalisation to our music box cards. We're very close to going live with this feature, though our fulfilment warehouse is requesting the following to be answered.

"A question to ask the freelancers is if the personsalisation data with orders is exposed via the Shopify API, if it is if they could point us in the direction of where that data ends up that would be amazing."

I would typically ask the freelancer but they are away for a few weeks, and so I was hoping somebody here could help me with this?
