Problems Integrating with Repricer.com

Does anyone have experience of linking their Shopify store to Repricer.com ?

That service has a facility to change product prices in a Shopify based upon current Amazon prices (so to make the Shopify price more aligned to current market prices)

Unfortunately, we appear to be unable to make the link - Repricer.com throws an error message talking about a 'White List' problem.

Repricer.com support have asked if we have any Security plugins installed on our Shopify store - not as far as I am aware...

... and to ensure that shopify is set up to approve a list of IP addresses - which I have no idea how to do.
