replace newsletter subscribe button with arrow inside the placeholder

Hi, can anyone explain how to change the subscribe / submit button link to an arrow (SVG icon) which is embedded into the email placeholder like this:

it currently looks like this:

I am using turbo theme, any advice appreciated : )
