That does seem strange and yes I think you are correct in thinking it is your browser. Please clear your cache and cookies and ensure you are using Google Chrome at all times with the Shopify admin. We find it always works best and reduces the risk of glitches and display errors.
Shopify requires an up-to-date web browser to make sure that you can use all of Shopify's features. Shopify currently supports the latest two versions of all browsers, unless otherwise noted:
