Shopify Contact Page not working with Zoho Mail

My store contact page is able to accept inputs and submitting looks like it works. But when I check the inbox in my Zoho Mail there are no messages. My Zoho Mail works properly for other emails. My sender email and store email are set to the Zoho Mail.

Please ensure you have checked the following:

 

  • Check your inbox filter and sort settings. 
  • Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders lists. 
  • Check your email rules. 

The process for connecting an email hosting service varies by provider, but generally consists of the following steps:

  1. Verifying your domain with your email hosting service.
  2. Copying the unique TXT code or meta tag.
  3. Adding the TXT code or meta tag to your Shopify admin.
  4. Verifying or activating your email in your email hosting service account.
