I tried opening your website, but it is not loading for me. Was a custom domain recently purchased or renewed? If so, did you verify your domain with the email you would have received?
If there is an issue showing within your admin (Online Store > Domains), that may be the cause as your screenshot shows the product is active. So I would say that the issue is within the domain area. Can you check there for me and tell me if there are any issues?
