Hello @robotikweb,
Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
The error message you mentioned, "Non attributable and _lighthouse-eval.js," seems to be related to the Lighthouse performance testing tool. Lighthouse is a tool used to measure website performance, and "_lighthouse-eval.js" is likely a script associated with the testing process.
To address the issue with the Lighthouse evaluation error, you can try the following steps.
1. Clear cache
Clear your browser cache and then run the performance test again. Sometimes, caching issues can cause unexpected errors.
2. Different browsers or device
Test your website's performance on different browsers or devices to see if the error persists. This will help determine if the issue is specific to a particular browser or device.
Hope this solves the issue
Gina
The same problem persists when I check with lighthouse. I don't think it has anything to do with cache.
Hello FlareAI, I am having the same problem, it recently appeared in the pagespeed analysis and needs quite a shocking 1.2-1.3s of CPU time. We have no clue where it's originating from. The analysis says: "unknown origin". We don't load it from server, and trying to block it via js didn't work,... did you find out something?
we only use 1 external script source currently for testing : hotjar - but we re not sure if it has to do with it ...
Did you find out sth? Greetings.
We have analysed your query and have concluded that without further information or specific information about the error messages, it's challenging to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue. Share your store name and other details so we can look at the issue.
You can also do a speed check of the same using any other device, and if the issue persists, you can try connecting with a Shopify expert.
Feel free to ask for any further help with your Shopify store.
All the best,
CedCommerce
CedCommerce,
The page speed test comes from the web, not a local machine where lighthouse may be running on. Here's a link to our pagespeed test.
The _lighthouse-eval.js URL only started showing up in the last month or so.
I'm not sure what kind of hit these errors do to our lighthouse score. It could be negligible, but when looking to eliminate as many errors or warnings as possible, this comes to light.
