Why am I having trouble buying a domain?

While trying to buy a domain I keep getting the same issue. How to fix that?

Hi, @BDEJEWELRY 

 

It looks to me that you're experiencing a local browser or device issue here. Can you try clearing your browser of cache and cookies to see if that solves things? I also encourage you to try and purchase the domain using a data instead of a wifi connection.

Thanks for getting back to me. In this case, I would encourage you to reach out to our authenticated support advisors so they can look into the domain settings. They'll be able to troubleshoot this further as I cannot access your account publicly. Simply engage with the Virtual Chat Assistant on the right hand side of the screen and ask to speak with an advisor until it brings you to the support page. Select "Chat" to speak with an advisor directly.
