The contact form I have on the website is submitting all right but i am not receiving any emails on my email. I have tried the test email through the notifications settings and I have received the test email but no email received when submitting contact form.

First, I'll need you to provide me with a link to your store! I would like to fill out the form myself, and then get you to check your email inbox for the email address saved in 'Settings > Notifications > Sender Email'. Once we do that test, we'll be able to dig a bit deeper into things!

First, your store is awesome! Pickleball is an amazing sport and one I used to play myself when I was younger just while it was rising in popularity! It's so cool to see it growing like it is!
I went to your Contact Form and filled it out using the email address 'test@shopify.com'. Can you let me know if you received any of my messages? Something that I noticed while filling out the form was that it was requesting that I click a 'submit' button to confirm I was a human. After I did this, I noticed that the URL for the page changed but the page itself stayed the same, and didn't load into something new. Did you experience this same behaviour when sending yourself test emails?
You mentioned that you had used different emails below in another message. Were these different emails that you used to send yourself messages, or are these email address you used to see if you could receive them to different addresses?

I did not recieve any emails. The different emails i used was for recieve the notifications.

Based on all of the information here, namely the fact that my emails didn't delivery to you successfully and you've tested several different emails for receiving purposes, it's best that you reach out to our Authenticated Support Team for assistance.
