Why are my collection settings not appearing on Printful and Printify?

I'm having an issue with my collections. The option for setting them from "AUTOMATIC" and "MANUAL" is not appearing when I open my collections. Therefor I cannot push my products to the correct collection and the collections are failing to load on both Printful and Printify. I cannot continue to build my store til the options are back
