Why are sales down after switching to a new platform?

Hi, I moved my site from a Zencart platform to Shopify on the advice of an expert. Since then sales have been 90% down. I think I really need more of a superhero than an expert, can anyone offer some highly recommended shopify experts that can offer some insights please?
