Why aren't all my collections showing in my store's internal settings?

Hi guys, how are you? I really need help. I set up my store on the basic plan, but some of the collections I created do not appear when I try to include the product in the internal settings. I've checked everything and everything is active. Could there be an error? What should I do?

Some more/clearer info would help anyone who wants to help more. Do you mean you added the product 'manually' to the collection ?

1. Does the product Sales channels include 'Online Store' ?

2. Is the product 'in-stock' ?

3. In your collection settings under Publishing > Sales channels, is there 'Online Store'  enabled ?

Please clarify or double check all the above and let us know if you still have the issue.
