Why aren't my policies appearing on the footer menu?

Hello im using the refresh theme and just made my policies but they wont show at the bottom of my page here is a photo can somebody help me?Screenshot 2023-07-23 205719.png

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, have those policies been successfully added to the shops navigation? 

 

To confirm this, you can head into the shops Navigation section from within Shopify admin. We have a great Adding, Removing, or Editing Menu Items documentation that touches on this further. 

 

It outlines however, that you can:

 

  • From the Shopify admin, head into Online Store > Navigation.
  • Click Footer Menu.
  • Click Add menu item.
  • Enter a name for the menu item (i.e Policies).
  • Click the Link field, and then select the link type Policies to add any existing policies. 
  • Click Add to save your menu item.

  • Click Save menu.

 

If after reviewing those steps your policies remain unavailable, please feel free to Contact SupportAs we don't have access to any account information through the Community, it will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look and ensure this gets resolved.

  • Log into your shop.
  • Select the topic 'Starting a store'.

I have already my policies done but they dont show up I already have my navigation page ready
