Why can't I access my online store despite starting a payment plan?

'You do not have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or returning to the Store List page' error. I can't reach my store where I bought the domain name and started the payment plan. It all happened at once and I'm having trouble understanding what's going on. someone help me please.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you listed as the Account Owner for the shop?

 

If so, I'd encourage you to connect with us directlyAs we don't have access to any account information through the Community, it will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look and ensure this gets resolved as quickly as possible.

  • Log into your shop.
  • Select the topic Starting a store.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to view all available support options.

 

Alternatively, if you are listed as a Staff Member on the shop, I'd encourage you to connect with the shop's Account Owner directly. This will allow them to confirm that you have the necessary permissions to view and access those pages. I was the only authorized person of my store. I think my store was deleted and that's why I had to set up a new store. When I go to the support page and want to log in to my store, my old store does not appear. I really don't understand why this is so.
