Hello Shopify Team, I received an email from the Shopify team about 3 or 4 days ago asking me to provide an ID card front or back picture within two days. Unfortunately, I submitted it after three days, but my account is still locked and the error "There's a problem loading this page" appears on my admin page.

It's good to hear that you've already been speaking to our team regarding this situation. To set some expectations for you, our Teams are unable to authenticated folks here in the Community, so we're unable to discuss specific accounts, or specific account details, due to that.
If you've already been in contact with our authenticated support team regarding your login issues, then you're on the right track to having things resolved. If you've been asked to provide documents, this suggests that our Escalated Team is handling the ticket, and they will be updating you as soon as they can via email on any potential next steps once they've had a chance to review what you've uploaded.
For now, the team just needs some time to review what you've provided them. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they have new information to share.
