The Yotpo reviews at the bottom of the page upon clicking to review will freeze the entire page. In order to continue on, you have to refresh the page to continue. Does the Empire theme not support Yotpo reviews, and if it does is there something that can be done to prevent page freezing?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, have you recently made any changes to your theme?
If you haven't done so already, I'd encourage you to install a fresh copy of your current theme and/or a free Shopify theme into your shop to see if the issue persists. This will allow us to determine whether or not this issue is being caused by your theme or the app itself.
If the app works in a fresh copy of your theme and/or a free Shopify theme, then you will want to connect with Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC directly. This will allow the app developers to take a closer look and provide further assistance on getting this resolved.
To connect with an app developer, you can head over to the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by Yotpo' section to view their support options.
If after downloading a fresh copy the error persists, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to investigate further as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community.

Good Morning Blair,
Appreciate the quick response & methods to fix. We found out after updating the theme version of our store that the reviews no longer freeze the page. Another finding was that if you are on a version lower than 6.0.0 of the Empire Theme it didn't have the update feature available to us.
