Why is my domain redirect still showing 'Setup in Progress' after transfer?

I recently transferred a domain from Godaddy to shopify for easier management and setting up email. It took much longer than 48 hours, potential because Godaddy wouldn't release it as quick as expected. My redirect still has a banner labeled "Setup in Progress". Is there any action I need to take or am I just waiting for this to complete in the backend?
