Why is my driver's license verification failing on my account?

Shopify is asking for my DL to verify my account… I keep doing it and I get several responses that it does not correspond with my DOB on my account . This is becoming very frustrating. Can someone help me with this?

This didn’t help … there nowhere there to change my DOB… like. I Said before shopify help desk is not responding… it is frustrating
