Why is my eCommerce account inactive and how can I reactivate it?

My shopify account is showing inactive and gives no option to reactivate It or explain why It was deactivated to begin with. My website is thedailyfem.com and It will show you an error message when trying to log in! I am frustrated as I just created this account last week. No payments have yet been charged as I am still in the free trial period, but my cards are connected for when It goes live. I would appreciate a call back to speed this process up.

In this situation I would recommend contacting our live support from this page. If you explain to your Support Advisor what you've explained here they will be able to review your account and share the next steps to help resolve any issues. When you visit the link, you can follow these steps to request support:

  1. Log in to your account if possible. This will be important if you prefer the callback option, as it will only be presented if you're logged in. If you can't log in, you can still continue to email or live chat by selecting the Continue without logging in option.
  2. Type in keywords for your issue in the search field and click Search.
  3. You will then notice common questions and help guides related to your issue. Under that you will see the option to Get support. Click Continue.
  4. Then you’ll see the options to chat with us, email us, or request a callback.

When I follow those instructions I’m prompted to click and login into my store, which I then do and It takes me back to select an option from the customer service help center. It’s a reoccurring loop that does not stop and allow me to actually go past the option for the chat and phone feature..

Have you gone through all of the steps I shared? It sounds like you may be stuck on the step where you need to search for your issue. Once you log in to your account you are brought to a page to search for your issue. After searching you should see the option to Get support and the page after that will list the support options. I've included the steps below with some screenshots to help.

 

Steps to request support:

If you are getting to that page where you can request a call, chat, or email, but still can't get past it, please let me know!
