Why is my product showing as sold out despite having inventory?

I am using Testament Theme and am getting a strange product display. I have color and size variants for the product in grey and white. The white has one item left in inventory in size 2XL. But the white dot is crossed out with a red X and it says sold out even while showing that there is one left. I am including this screenshot but also I wonder if it is a glitch with my system. The product is at https://jungleinstinct.com/collections/fall-collection/products/off-shoulder-sweater?variant=3499811.... I wonder if anyone else gets the same result.

I checked and variant "L - White" is currently sold out, is it correct?
