Why is my purchased domain still in setup progress?

Hi!  I purchased my domain from Shopify but it still says setup in progress.  


I am able to navigate to designedmailbox.com but not www.designedmailbox.com


Not a totally techie person, so forgive my ignorance.  Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with connecting your domain to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved.


A newly purchased domain will require some time to successfully connect to the shop. This typically takes around 48 hours to be successfully completed. To learn more about this process, you can check out our Purchasing a Domain document as it touches on this further. 


After taking a closer look however, I can confirm that the domain is correctly pointing to Shopify. Due to this, I'd encourage you to allow for some time to pass and Contact Support if after 48 hours the domain hasn't successfully connected to the shop.
