My site has been working fine for the past month, however now customers are seeing,

your connection is not private.

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from 'site' (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards)

I used shopify's domain.

Hi there, @nrmn. Thanks for taking the time to follow up on this thread in the Shopify Community regarding this issue. My name is Imogen. It's good to meet you!

Are you customers seeing this message as soon as they load your store? Are you able to share your URL here with us so we can see if we can replicate the issue? This could be related to your domain, but it could also be a local browser or network error, hence why we'd like to test loading your website up ourselves! Additionally, see if you're able to replicate the issue, and then try the following steps to see if it keeps occurring:

  • Try using a different internet browser to load your store
  • Try using an incognito or private viewing browser to view your store
  • Try accessing it using a different device

If your issue clears up after trying these steps, then we can determine it's a local issue, and something customers may not be experiencing, or at least can clear up themselves by using the steps outlined above.

If you have been able to replicate this issue and the above steps don't resolve things, reach out to our Authenticated Support Team so we can investigate.
