Why isn't my website appearing in search engine results?

My website is not visible on search engine search results. Here is the link: shoplex.co.uk 

I am not sure what is the issue. I have tried indexing as shopify supprt suggested. Is it to do with robot.txt file or something else.

If you're only searching a keyword, such as shoplex, then there are many results that appear before your store. However, this isn't something that you can control as the ranking results is decided by Google based on the frequency or relevancy of the searches. As more customers visit or perform searches on your store, then your ranking will automatically climb over time. That being said, I think you're off to a great start and the store looks amazing! Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store? If not, then this could also be a great way to drive traffic to your store and increase your search ranking.
