So, when a customer makes a purchase do they automatically exit the flow and then start back at the beginning? 

How do I make the winback flow automatically loop back to the beginning if the customer doesn't place an order after the wait period and email is sent?

Need to add the order source or channel to the packing slip. (i.e. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)  Would like to add in the Notes section but I'm not real concerned on the location as much as getting it on there.

I need to create customer filters using multiple tags so I can send targeting emails to certain groups of my customers.  But, it looks like I can only select a single tag to filter.  Is there a way to select multiple tags when filtering customers?
