thanks, realized blocking an entire ZIP is too broad. Found the free shopify fraud filter app and it does exactly what I need - auto cancel orders if the billing or shipping address = 'x' have tested it and love it.
have a customer who keeps creating new email addresses, ordering, then claiming it was lost in transit. How do others combat this? Is there a way to tagg an address/zip code vs tagging a customer to flag this?
