@Conversion_Bear, There hasn't been any updates on this issue yet. I'd give the dev team a nudge to see if there are any updates to be communicated. Thanks,Seth.
@bestrada, it seems the request you were making wasn't properly authenticated so you were redirected to a login page. Could you confirm for me if you're still experiencing this. Thanks,Seth.
Hi @MaximRIT, As of now, there isn't any way to mark an order as ready_for_pickup via our APIs, this is only possible (AFAIK) via the merchant's Admin interface. Best,Seth.
Hi @RHansenEpimatic, For a gift card order, once payment is captured, the order is archived. Making a request to the /orders.json endpoint, wouldn't include such orders; I ran into this while testing. However, once I added a status=any param, I was a...
Hi @Conversion_Bear, Sorry I didn't get back earlier. I was able to reproduce the bug by following the steps you provided. Our dev team are looking into it and conducting their investigation. I don't have an ETA as things stand now, but I'd let you k...
Hi, This issue is a result of caching and has been mentioned a few times on the forums (here and here). Some workarounds have been suggested in those posts. My personal recommendation would be to use GraphQL. Best,Seth.
@identix I believe your app was granted the read_all_orders scope on April 9, 2019. Merchants who had already installed your app by then would have needed to re-auth your app again because you requested a new scope during the OAuth process. I'm sure ...
Hi @identix, After checking our logs using the x-request-id in your response header, it looks like you didn't request the read_all_orders scope during the OAuth authorisation of your app, and the order you're trying to access was created in 2016. I s...
Hi @marcosbruno, I took a look into this but I was unable to reproduce the behaviour you described in your post. Are you still experiencing this? If you are, could you please provide me with replication steps so I could investigate further. Thanks,Se...
Hi @jam_chan, What you're seeing is expected behaviour due to how Shopify's system uses and calculates discounts, and not necessarily because of order editing. I believe you commented on this forum post where this comment elicits this. Actual discoun...
@dhavalPix the 404 error typically means a resource couldn't be found. I suspect one or both of the ids you're filtering on are not product ids. Could you double check the ids to ensure they are actually valid product ids? Thanks,Seth.
@akshuklait since you have apostrophes in there, I think it would be best to use escaped double quotes on your search strings. For example use \"Men's Socks\" instead of 'Men's Socks' or 'Men\'s Socks' Best,Seth.
Hey @samyl @AcquireKelu, This was a known bug the team was aware of for which a fix was shipped last week. Let me know if you're still experiencing this error. Thanks,Seth.
@Aaron_Rubin2 the hold feature has been rolled back and you should no longer be experiencing the issue. That being said, it is likely to roll out again in the future so hopefully you can consider this scenario in your implementation. Also, the Fulfil...
Hey @Aaron_Rubin2, I do understand that this is a bit confusing, and I'll try my best to clarify as much as I can. The only valid values for the fulfillment_status are the four listed below as per our docs. No new value has been introduced to indicat...
