Finding a particular dropshipper | Cotton Shorts w Embroidery

I've been having such a difficult time finding something to this exact. I'm just after a dropshipper that offers cotton shorts, can embroider my logo, and hopefully have a drawstring. Does anyone have any recommendations? Something along the lines of sports uniforms, sports clubs uniforms. I'm also a newbie. And I'd rather the products be processed/made in the US.
