Fraudulent sellers

Can someone, preferably Shopify tell me how Shopify deal with or prevent fraudulent sellers using their name and site?

I have recently had dealings with a company called Jazzy Citizen. One of the products was for removing skin tags. I received the product, there is no ingredients or instructions, looking at the product after taking it out of the box, it will definitely go in the bin!

I've been back onto their page to look at the reviews, the reviewers names are hilarious, and the reviews are perfect beyond belief!

I have contacted them, I don't hold out much hope for a favourable reply!
