Looking for ethically sourced clothing wholesalers with no minimum orders

Hi there, 

I'm looking for ethically sourced clothing manufacturers/wholesalers that have no/low minimum orders (so that we can drop ship). I've looked at Green Pioneers, Green Dropship and Something Different Wholesale, but they don't quite have what we need. Any pointers would be much appreciated 🙂 

Country of manufacturing doesn't necessarily matter, as long as cost and shipping is reasonable.

You can find suppliers who do not have a minimum order quantity through 1688.com, but it is a Chinese website. Most of the source factories of alibaba come from 1688.
