I cant log in, I don't have recovery codes

If you’ve lost access to your Shopify recovery codes and can’t log in, you’ll need to contact Shopify Support directly for account recovery. They are the only ones who may assist with this issue. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Shopify Support page: Shopify Support
  2. Click on “Contact Support.”
  3. Log in or identify your store URL.
  4. Explain the issue to the support agent.
