1 item multi selling numbers and under subscription

Hi there

I’m trying to make it possible to have 1 item set at different numbers that take away from a total stock lvl and work with shopify subscriptions app. I’ve tried with skus and tried making bundles and it worked well but i couldnt add subscriptions to it :upside_down_face:

Eg

1 box = 10kg. £30

2box = 20kg £60

10box = 100kg £300

But everything is do each option will only take away 1 box from inventory not the desired number of boxes some people on the net are saying easify but I can’t get it to install is easify a solution… please help

For the issue with inventory you need to ensure you add the single box SKU as the component of the multi packs with the relevant quantity.

Shopify native bundles let you link all components of a variant and this then shows up during checkout and as separate order lines in admin. This means all inventory is kept up to date by Shopify directly so you don’t need to rely on an inventory app.

The free Shopify bundle app won’t let you make these kind of variant set ups but you can use our Bundle Sync app which lets you set these up using the Shopify structure. You can set up each variant in Bundle Sync through the interface or you can manage all bundles using a csv file to make bulk updating easier.

In terms of subscriptions I don’t think you can add one as part of a bundle as they are different kinds of products and Shopify only lets you add product variants as components.

If you want an easy, no-coding way to let customers pick 1, 2, or 10 boxes (and have it all pull from the same stock), Easify Inventory Sync could be a good fit. It has inventory sync, works without coding, and keeps things super simple. Here’s how it works:

1. Create your product with 3 variants: 1 box, 2 boxes, 10 boxes

2. Set Up Bundle Groups: Use the app to create Bundle groups that connect your variants with your original individual products (single box). Here’s how to set up a bundle group for your product:

  • Master Product: 2 boxes variant

  • Component Product: 1 box with the Quantity per Bundle set to 2

  • Master Product: 10 boxes variant

  • Component Product: 1 box with the Quantity per Bundle set to 10

  • The inventory for your box variants will be automatically calculated based on the individual product’s inventory.
  • When 2 boxes variant is purchased, the inventory of single box will be reduced by 2. The app will then recalculate the available quantities for your box variants based on the updated single box inventory, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
