Hi @Select_1 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify Ticketing System App
After reviewing your product page, I can see the dedication you’ve poured into its creation. While it’s already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for better customer experience, if you don’t mind taking a look.
1. Value propositions
Although you have included some value propositions of your product, they are not quite specific and do not emphasize on the key benefits of your product.
To persuade visitors to make their final purchasing decisions, you should include adequate information to answer some of the following questions:
- What are the competitive features of my product?
- What is it made of and why is it superior comparing to other competitors?
- What are the only benefits that customer get when they purchase your product?
Here is an example of a product description:
2. Reorganizing the product details
The details of your product are there but not quite organized to allow visitors to easily follow. Not to mention, some texts are not highlighted enough to read.
My advice here is to create a list of dropdowns dedicated for each information category.
3. Conversion booster
In order to urge visitors to make their decision, you can also add countdown timer or stock counter along with other promotions or discounts.
Examples:
4. Guarantees
It is good to have transparent business policies presented to your visitors. The only recommendation is to scale down the size of the images to match with the overall design of your page.
5. FAQ section
In contrast, your FAQ section seems too small and can be easily missed or ignored by visitors. Keep in mind that a well-written set of FAQ can build trust, confidence and make your customers feel more secured to make the purchasing decision. Here is an example of a way to highlight your FAQ section:
6. Testimonials
People also often make the purchasing decision based on the reviews, rating from the previous customers. Let’s add some actual statements from real customers on what they have said about your products.
