I’ve connected Shopify with 2Checkout Convert Plus (by Verifone) for payments. However, there’s a big problem: product names are showing up incorrectly as “Cart_ksmdfgFGsdf…” on both the checkout page and in customer email receipts. This wasn’t an issue when I used PayPal, but I need to switch to 2Checkout for specific requirements.
I’ve reached out to both Shopify and 2Checkout support, but they keep telling me to contact the other. Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
