(3) Shopify Variants housed under a single variant dropdown menu - HELP

Hey folks,

I have this weird issue where in the product editing page I have (3) separate variants setup pictured here:

However, on the displayed store page this is how those variants are displayed:

As you can see all of the variants are housed under the last of the (3) variants in the product edit page.

EDIT the pricing is also not updating when a variant is chosen from the displayed store product page.

Can anybody help me get my variants back to normal as (3) separate drop-down menus?

Have to use swatches or different dropdown for all the options.

it could be done using custom code, will took 4-5 Hours.

Please let me know if needed any help.
