a banner is coded on my website and not editable. what do i do? I have reached out to the person who made the theme and they are saying its caused by an app but i have not downloaded any apps. i also talked to support and they said to reach out here or to hire an expert on here bc they cant edit coding and arent trained for that. anyone on here can help me before i hire someone?
