Hello,

I swapped from Wordpress to Shopify thinking that I would have better tools for marketing. I am therefore quite frustrated when I get the following error message when I try to create a Facebook ad and promote my products:

A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes.

I keep seeing this error message has been posted several times in the past, with failed solutions.

Any suggestions?

This may occur if your Facebook ads manager has some issues. And also you don’t have to regret moving to Shopify cause there are many marketing steps you can implement in your store aside from Facebook ads
