Yes—Shopify has a built-in option to allow usage per customer, total uses, or date range, but it doesn’t limit the % by default. To implement a max discount amount/percentage, you will need a discount app like Discounted Upsells, Bold Discounts, or Advanced Discounts that can limit usage per-customer, per product, or per-brand.
