Hello, Greetings! Our abandon checkout did not show up after customers have filled the information and reach to checkout without completing the purchase. Since we make custom products, there will be many options. And the options are achieved via the App Variant Option Product Options. When we did not add the options, the abandon checkout will get through and appear properly in the lists. But if customer select the options, then the abandon checkout won’t appear.

Thank you for sharing those details and letting us know what apps you are using for your products. Have you connected with the app developers that made those apps for additional support? I know that many apps like those ones bypass the normal order creation process by creating draft orders, this process may be interrupting the way abandoned carts are normally created in your store.
If the app developers can confirm that the abandoned carts should be created, and that the app processed those orders appropriately then you will want to connect with our live support so that our technical team can have a look. We will need to have that feedback from the app developers on that before they will be able to review those missing abandoned carts for you.
You can submit a support request to your app developer by going to Settings > Apps and Sales Channels in your store admin and using the Get Support link next to the apps in question.
