hola buenas tengo un problema desde ayer e importado un producto con dsert y tiene el inventario y eso pero esque me meto en mi tienda y sale cuando le das al carrito que esta agotado y no lo logro solucionar quien me pueda ayudar que me diga
If you imported a product with DSers and it shows “out of stock” on your store even though it’s in your inventory, try these quick fixes:
Enable the correct inventory location
Go to Settings → Locations and make sure the DSers location is active and set to fulfill online orders.
Fix shipping zones
If your shipping isn’t set up for the product location, Shopify marks it as unavailable.
Go to Settings → Shipping & delivery and add a shipping rate for your active location.
Refresh DSers inventory sync
Turn on auto-sync in DSers and re-sync the product so Shopify gets the correct stock.
Check variant mapping
Make sure the DSers variants/SKUs match the Shopify variants. Remap if needed.
Love this! Sharing wins and challenges with fellow merchants is such a valuable way to learn and grow together. Excited to see the tips, success stories, and solutions everyone brings to the table!
The Shopify Discussion category is a space where Shopify merchants and users can talk about wins, challenges, ideas, and e-commerce topics with each other. It’s meant for open, helpful chats and community support, so everyone should try to follow the community guidelines and keep things respectful. It’s a great place to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others in the Shopify world
The Shopify Discussion category is a great space for users to share experiences, ask questions, and get advice about building and managing Shopify stores. It helps merchants connect, solve problems, and learn best practices from the community.
I am also running a Shopify store in the knives category. Sometimes I face different issues, so I use the discussion forum to get solutions to my problems. Honestly, I get a lot of guidance here, especially from real merchants who manage their stores daily.
That’s why I share my experiences here, so others can also get helpful guidance.
One of the best things about the Shopify community is that we get real-time support and ideas.
